In the state of Oklahoma, any voluntary gratuities that are distributed to employees are not considered to be taxable.

TAXABLE
In the state of Oklahoma, the exemptions apply to sales to or by churches, any schools which were nonprofit, and certain nonprofit organizations which offer services the needy or the elderly. Any purchases of food items purchased when utilizing food stamps are also considered to be exempt.
